Als (Adjunct-)Apotheker ben jij het kloppend hart van onze apotheek. Jouw doel is om elke patiënt te voorzien van hoogwaardige farmaceutische zorg en deskundig advies. Je bent een vertrouwde adviseur die verder kijkt dan alleen het recept, met oog voor de totale gezondheid en het welzijn van de patiënt. Je werkt nauw samen met je team om een optimale werking van de apotheek te garanderen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je over de juiste kwalificaties en een gezonde dosis empathie.

  • Diploma: Je bent in het bezit van een Master in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen (of een gelijkwaardig, door België erkend diploma).
  • Je beschikt over een geldig RIZIV-nummer en bent ingeschreven bij de Orde der Apothekers.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; kennis van extra talen is een pluspunt in onze diverse samenleving.
  • Patiëntgerichtheid: Je luistert actief en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met je patiënten.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.
  • Ondernemerschap: Je bent proactief, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt een commercieel inzicht.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt nauwgezet en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Patiëntenzorg: Het verlenen van kwalitatief farmaceutisch advies en het afleveren van medicatie op een veilige en verantwoorde manier.
  • Adviesrol: Het begeleiden van patiënten in preventie- en gezondheidstrajecten (zoals vaccinaties, rookstopbegeleiding of diabetescoaching).
  • Operationeel beheer: Actieve betrokkenheid bij de dagelijkse werking, inclusief voorraadbeheer, inkoopbeleid en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Samenwerking: Ondersteunen van de apotheker-titularis en het motiveren van de apotheekassistenten om als één hecht team de beste service te bieden.
  • Commerciële flair: Het spotten van opportuniteiten om de dienstverlening te verbeteren en het assortiment (parafarmacie) optimaal te presenteren.
