Combineer farmaceutische zorg met preventie, leefstijladvies en ruimte voor eigen initiatief

Ben jij apotheker en wil je werken in een moderne omgeving waar je jouw vakkennis breed kunt inzetten? Voor een professionele en drukbezochte apotheek in regio Paal zoeken we een enthousiaste adjunct-apotheker die het team op lange termijn wil versterken.

Je komt terecht in een team van zes fijne collega's waar samenwerking, kwalitatieve farmaceutische zorg en persoonlijke begeleiding van patiënten centraal staan. De apotheek combineert de vertrouwde taken van een officina met een sterke focus op preventie, leefstijl en vernieuwende zorgconcepten.

Je kunt voltijds of 4/5de aan de slag en krijgt een vast contract, een aantrekkelijk loonpakket en volop mogelijkheden om je professioneel verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als adjunct-apotheker krijg je een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en gebruikt je farmaceutische kennis om hen correct én persoonlijk te begeleiden.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het correct afleveren van geneesmiddelen
  • Deskundig farmaceutisch advies aan patiënten
  • Begeleiding bij veilig en verantwoord geneesmiddelengebruik
  • Magistrale bereidingen
  • Vaccinaties
  • Farmaceutische zorg en medicatiebegeleiding
  • Advies rond gezondheid, preventie en leefstijl
  • Begeleiding van patiënten met chronische aandoeningen
  • Meewerken aan preventieve initiatieven
  • Bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve en veilige apotheekwerking

Naast deze dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden krijg je de mogelijkheid om mee te denken over hoe de dienstverlening verder kan worden verbeterd.

Zorg die verder gaat dan de aflevering

Deze apotheek wil patiënten niet alleen correct helpen met hun medicatie, maar hen ook breder ondersteunen bij hun gezondheid.

Preventie en leefstijlbegeleiding krijgen daarom een belangrijke plaats binnen de werking. Je kunt patiënten begeleiden rond gezondheid en levensstijl en meewerken aan trajecten voor mensen met chronische aandoeningen.

Ook nieuwe ideeën krijgen ruimte. Nieuwe zorgconcepten worden niet zomaar van bovenaf ingevoerd: als apotheker kun je actief betrokken worden bij het testen, evalueren en verder implementeren ervan.

Zo krijg je de kans om mee te evolueren met de veranderende rol van de apotheker als toegankelijke zorgverlener.

Je beschikt over het vereiste diploma om als apotheker aan de slag te gaan en bent in orde met de nodige beroepsvereisten.

Daarnaast zoeken we vooral een collega die:

  • patiënten graag persoonlijk en deskundig begeleidt;
  • farmaceutische zorg belangrijk vindt;
  • nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werkt;
  • communicatief en patiëntgericht is;
  • graag samenwerkt met collega's;
  • initiatief durft te nemen;
  • interesse heeft in preventie en leefstijl;
  • openstaat voor nieuwe manieren van werken;
  • graag blijft bijleren;
  • mee wil bouwen aan een kwalitatieve en toekomstgerichte apotheek.
