Een veelzijdige apothekersfunctie waar farmaceutische zorg, preventie en persoonlijk advies samenkomen

Ben jij apotheker en zoek je een werkomgeving waar je jouw farmaceutische kennis breed kunt inzetten? Voor een moderne en sterk uitgebouwde apotheek in regio Middenkust zoeken we een enthousiaste adjunct-apotheker die graag meewerkt aan kwalitatieve en toekomstgerichte patiëntenzorg.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische apotheek met een gevarieerd patiëntenpubliek en een team van zes fijne collega's. De werking gaat verder dan de klassieke aflevering van geneesmiddelen. Naast advies, magistrale bereidingen en vaccinaties wordt er sterk ingezet op preventie, leefstijlbegeleiding en ondersteuning van patiënten met chronische aandoeningen.

Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om initiatief te nemen, je eigen interesses verder te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over nieuwe zorgconcepten.

Wat ga je doen?

Als adjunct-apotheker krijg je een breed en gevarieerd takenpakket. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor patiënten en draagt samen met je collega's bij aan een veilige en kwalitatieve apotheekwerking.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Correct afleveren van geneesmiddelen
  • Patiënten deskundig adviseren over hun medicatie
  • Begeleiden van veilig en verantwoord geneesmiddelengebruik
  • Uitvoeren van magistrale bereidingen
  • Vaccinaties
  • Farmaceutische zorg en medicatiebegeleiding
  • Advies rond zelfzorg, gezondheid en preventie
  • Begeleiding van patiënten met chronische aandoeningen
  • Leefstijladvies en preventieve zorg
  • Meewerken aan nieuwe zorgprojecten en initiatieven binnen de apotheek
  • Samen met je collega's waken over kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde. Dankzij het brede patiëntenpubliek en de uitgebreide dienstverlening krijg je veel afwisseling en kun je je kennis als apotheker dagelijks inzetten.

Meer dan geneesmiddelen afleveren

In deze apotheek staat kwalitatieve farmaceutische zorg centraal. Patiënten worden niet alleen geholpen met hun medicatie, maar krijgen ook de nodige uitleg en begeleiding om zo goed mogelijk met hun gezondheid om te gaan.

Er wordt daarom bewust geïnvesteerd in preventie en leefstijlbegeleiding. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan ondersteuning rond gezond leven, therapietrouw en de begeleiding van chronische patiënten.

Heb je zelf interesse of expertise binnen een bepaald zorgdomein? Dan krijg je ruimte om die verder uit te bouwen. Eigen initiatief en nieuwe ideeën worden aangemoedigd.

Je beschikt over het vereiste diploma om als apotheker aan de slag te gaan en bent in orde met de nodige beroepsvereisten.

  • patiënten graag persoonlijk en deskundig begeleidt;
  • kwalitatieve farmaceutische zorg belangrijk vindt;
  • communicatief en patiëntgericht is;
  • graag samenwerkt met collega's;
  • nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werkt;
  • initiatief durft te nemen;
  • interesse heeft in preventie en leefstijl;
  • graag blijft bijleren en zijn of haar kennis verder ontwikkelt;
  • energie krijgt van een levendige en gevarieerde apotheekomgeving.

Je hoeft niet op elk vlak al expert te zijn. Er wordt sterk ingezet op opleiding, kennisdeling en professionele ontwikkeling, waardoor je ook binnen de functie verder kunt groeien.
