The posting

Wij zoeken momenteel in opdracht van onze klant een Adjunct Contract Manager.

  • Samen met de Contractmanagers afhandelen van de contractuele communicatie voorafgaand aan, tijdens en na de uitvoering van de werken.
  • Mee coördineren en opvolgen van de toets- en acceptatieprocessen in het kader van Systeemgerichte Contractbeheersing.
  • Mee organiseren van systeem-, proces- en productaudits teneinde na te gaan dat het door de opdrachtnemer uitgewerkte kwaliteitsborgingssysteem beantwoordt aan de eisen van de organisatie.
  • Mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor het contractuele wijzigingsproces, vanaf het verzoek tot wijziging tot de finale besluitvorming ervan.
  • Coördineren en begeleiden van dit proces en in relatie tot de opdrachtnemer en ervoor zorgen dat dit proces correct en conform de contractueel opgelegde termijnen verloopt.
  • Evalueren en uitonderhandelen van (potentiële) wijzigingen op een kritische en integere wijze, zodat de (contractuele) belangen van onze klant geborgd worden.
  • Mee bijhouden en proactief rapporteren van het actuele wijzigingsoverzicht
  • Mee bewaken van de doorvertaling van stakeholdereisen in contracten teneinde een correcte uitvoering van de overeenkomsten en afspraken tussen de stakeholders en de organisatie te garanderen, en zo bij te dragen tot de tevredenheid van de stakeholder.
  • Mee bijdragen aan de rapportage van de voortgang van de projecten, het tijdig signaleren van (potentiële) problemen en het proactief voorstellen van oplossingen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan overlegmomenten tussen de contractmanagers, waarbij contract gerelateerde zaken met elkaar afgestemd worden teneinde een uniforme aanpak te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over minstens een bacheloropleiding in een civieltechnische of juridische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een infrastructuur- of civieltechnische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring met contractmanagement en claims management.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van civiele techniek en infrastructuur engineering.
  • Kennis van risicomanagement en systeemgerichte contractbeheersing (SCB) is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een medior niveau als Contract Manager.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig op moedertaalniveau.
  • Je bent minstens 4 dagen per week beschikbaar.
  • Je bent bereid om minstens 3 dagen per week op kantoor in Antwerpen te werken.
