Wij zoeken, voor onze locatie Evertsenstraat in Barendrecht, een adjunct-directeur met een jenaplan hart. Wil jij werken op een Jenaplanschool waar het welbevinden van ieder kind, collega en ouders voorop staat. Waar je leiding geeft aan een professioneel team, gelukkige kinderen en betrokken ouders? Waar jij je talenten en energie kan inzetten? Dan zoeken we jou! Als adjunct-directeur werk jij samen met Caroline en Dominique (duo-directeuren) en ons team om ervoor te zorgen dat de kinderen zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Je stuurt niet alleen op het cognitieve proces maar zeker ook op het sociaal emotionele proces. Jij zorgt met jouw leidinggevende kwaliteiten voor verbinding binnen de locatie, de gehele school en ook in de wijk en gemeente.
