The posting

  • Je helpt mee uitvoering geven aan het strategisch plan van de scholengroep en werkt actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de school.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen de school en zet personeelsvergaderingen, vakwerkgroepen, klassenraden en andere overlegmomenten in om de visie van de school te realiseren.
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteitsvolle besluitvormingsprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat de school voldoet aan de geldende regelgeving en decretale verplichtingen.
  • Je neemt deel aan overleg binnen de scholengemeenschap en draagt bij aan een professionele samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partners.
  • Je ondersteunt en ontwikkelt een geïntegreerd personeelsbeleid, van rekrutering en selectie tot professionalisering, loopbaanontwikkeling en evaluatie.
  • Je zorgt voor een kwaliteitsvolle communicatie met leerlingen, ouders, collega’s en externe partners.
  • Je draagt de waarden van het GO! actief uit en vertaalt deze dagelijks in een respectvolle, inclusieve en verbindende aanpak.

Wij zoeken een analytisch/technisch profiel:

  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt planmatig aan verbetering en vernieuwing.
  • Je analyseert de schoolwerking systematisch en zet in op kwaliteitszorg, kwaliteitsborging en continue verbetering.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met financieel, materieel en infrastructureel beheer.
  • Je draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor een duurzaam materieel en financieel beleid en denkt mee na over de inzet van middelen en begrotingen.
  • Je volgt mee de vernieuwing en het onderhoud van de infrastructuur op, met aandacht voor veiligheid, welzijn en duurzaamheid.
  • Je denkt beleidsmatig en behoudt het overzicht, ook in complexe dossiers.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en het opvolgen van processen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.

Wat jij zeker te bieden moet hebben:

  • Master of Bachelor + BPB.
  • Akte van een adjunct directeur.
  • Enige ervaring in een leidinggevende functie in het onderwijs is een grote meerwaarde.
