The posting

Als adjunct-directeur zorg maak je deel uit van het directieteam van PC Ariadne en werk je nauw samen met de directeur zorg. Jouw focus ligt op de tactische vertaling en realisatie van onze zorgstrategie. Je houdt voeling met wat er leeft op de werkvloer en legt de link met de strategie van de organisatie. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • onze strategische zorgkeuzes vertaalt naar duidelijke en haalbare doelstellingen voor de ziekenhuisafdelingen en het PVT;
  • afdelings- en diensthoofden rechtstreeks aanstuurt, coacht en uitdaagt om te groeien in hun leiderschap;
  • waakt over kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid, personele continuïteit en een professionele zorgorganisatie;
  • complexe organisatorische, personele en veranderkundige vraagstukken helpt analyseren en aanpakken;
  • verandertrajecten mee richting geeft en ervoor zorgt dat gemaakte keuzes niet alleen worden beslist, maar ook duurzaam worden gerealiseerd;
  • samenwerking stimuleert tussen afdelingen, disciplines, artsen, staf en ondersteunende diensten;
  • signalen vanuit de dagelijkse praktijk oppikt en ze terugkoppelt naar de directeur zorg en het directieteam;
  • toeziet op de wettelijke opdrachten en functies m.b.t. patiëntenzorg,
  • resultaten en verbetertrajecten opvolgt en bijstuurt waar nodig.

Je bent daarbij voldoende nabij om te weten wat er leeft en voldoende op afstand om leidinggevenden hun rol te laten opnemen. Dat evenwicht is essentieel in deze functie.

Wie jij bent

We zoeken in de eerste plaats een sterke en verbindende leider. Iemand die mensen ruimte durft te geven, maar ook duidelijkheid creëert en verantwoordelijkheid benoemt. Je hoeft niet overal zelf het antwoord op te hebben. Je weet wel de juiste vragen te stellen, hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar te onderscheiden en mensen in beweging te krijgen. Je:

  • beschikt over minimaal een professionele bachelor in de verpleegkunde aangevuld met een master in verpleegkunde of master management in de gezondheidszorg of een equivalente master in de gezondheidszorg.
  • hebt relevante ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg of een vergelijkbare complexe zorgcontext;
  • hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring en weet ook leidinggevenden te coachen en te versterken;
  • hebt ervaring met veranderprocessen en implementatie;
  • combineert strategisch-tactisch denken met voldoende voeling voor de dagelijkse zorgpraktijk;
  • bent besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht, ook wanneer niet alle antwoorden vooraf vastliggen;
  • communiceert helder en transparant en durft ook moeilijke boodschappen respectvol te brengen;
  • werkt verbindend, maar verliest rollen en verantwoordelijkheden daarbij niet uit het oog;
  • beschikt over organisatorisch en financieel inzicht;
  • staat kritisch stil bij je eigen leiderschap en bent bereid jezelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.

Een aanvullende opleiding in management, leiderschap, veranderkunde of gezondheidszorgmanagement is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
