Jouw job

Samen met jouw ervaren hoofdverpleegkundige vorm je het kloppend hart van een kleine afdeling van +-40 bewoners

  • Je start je dienst met enkele uren actieve bewonerszorg. Daarna heb je de ruimte om je afdeling op te volgen en ervoor te zorgen dat de bewoners kwalitatieve zorg ontvangen.
  • Samen met de HVP en met je team zorg je voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en streef je naar een optimale werking.
  • Je overziet, volgt op en controleert de zorgplannen, de bewonersdossiers, het medicatiebeheer en de evaluatie van KATZ-schalen in samenwerking met de HVP
  • Je bent een empathische coach voor je teamleden en stuurt op gedrag indien nodig.

Je werkt multidisciplinair met het KELA-team en de adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige van een andere afdeling.

Profiel

  • Je bent verpleegkundige HBO5 of prof. Bach.verpleegkunde
  • Je bent een gedreven persoon met leidinggevende kwaliteiten
  • Je beschikt over goede organisatorische vaardigheden en staat open om mee te werken aan projecten
  • Je typeert je door je enthousiasme, motivatie, leergierigheid, stressbestendigheid en zorgzaamheid
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag binnen een multidisciplinair team
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en beschikt over een probleemoplossend vermogen
