Verleg grenzen als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige binnen algemene medische oncologie

Het leidinggevend team van de hospitalisatie eenheden van algemene medische oncologie, hospitalisatie 30 en 42, bestaat uit een hoofdverpleegkundige en twee adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundigen. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige.

Het betreft een vacature van onbepaalde duur aan een tewerkstellingspercentage van 75-100%.

Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je bent samen met je collega adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige en de hoofdverpleegkundige verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van je afdeling. Je wordt ook deeltijds ingeschakeld in de directe patiëntenzorg.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met en onder supervisie van de hoofdverpleegkundige die de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt.
  • Je staat mee in voor het concretiseren van het beleid dat in overleg tussen de hoofdverpleegkundige, de adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige en het medisch diensthoofd wordt bepaald.
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de werkplanning, de zorgplannen en werkschema's, de opname- en ontslagregeling, het verhogen van de verpleegkundige deskundigheid op wetenschappelijk verantwoorde wijze, het mee uitbouwen en opvolgen van het kwaliteitsbeleid en de kwaliteitsparameters, het verder uitbouwen de visie van de dienst, het mee bepalen, uitwerken en implementeren van procedures, het bevorderen van multidisciplinair overleg, het motiveren, stimuleren en coachen van medewerkers.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in de verpleegkunde, een master in de verpleegkunde is een meerwaarde.
  • Je bent bereid de kaderopleiding binnen UZ Leuven te volgen.
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent sterk in multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Je bezit het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen, te ondersteunen en te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op kwaliteitszorg.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig en bezit leiderschapskwaliteiten zowel op organisatorisch als op klinisch verpleegkunde vlak.
