Als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige bij het Hof van Gan krijg je de kans om jouw verpleegkundige expertise én coachende vaardigheden volop in te zetten binnen een warm woonzorgcentrum. Je combineert dagelijkse zorg met een ondersteunende leidinggevende rol en vormt mee het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, families en collega’s. Samen met de hoofdverpleegkundige waak je over kwaliteitsvolle, mensgerichte zorg en een vlotte werking op de afdeling.

Je dagelijkse takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • actief meedraaien in de dagelijkse zorg en waar nodig ondersteuning bieden op de werkvloer;
  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen;
  • opvolgen en bewaken van zorgdossiers en administratieve controles;
  • toezien op correcte toepassing van procedures rond fixatie, vroegtijdige zorgplanning ect;
  • observeren van bewoners en rapporteren van wijzigingen in hun gezondheidstoestand;
  • ondersteunen, begeleiden en motiveren van collega’s binnen het team;
  • nauw samenwerken met de hoofdverpleegkundige en mee instaan voor de organisatie van de afdeling;
  • operationele leiding opnemen op de werkvloer bij afwezigheid van de hoofdverpleegkundige;
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familieleden, artsen en externe partners;
  • een positieve voorbeeldfunctie opnemen en mee bouwen aan een warme en professionele teamcultuur.

Binnen deze functie ligt de focus op dagelijkse werking, kwaliteitsopvolging en teamondersteuning.

Als adjunct-hoofdverpleegkundige combineer je warme, persoonsgerichte zorg met een ondersteunende coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je draagt actief bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, de opvolging van zorgtrajecten en het bewaken van kwalitatieve zorg voor bewoners. Dankzij jouw klinisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen bewoners, families, collega’s en externe zorgpartners.

Samen met het team bouw je aan een veilige, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners centraal staan en collega’s op elkaar kunnen rekenen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde;
  • ervaring als adjunct is geen vereiste, maar vormt zeker een meerwaarde;
  • vlot kunnen opmaken van zorgplannen en correct rapporteren;
  • sterk in multidisciplinair samenwerken en communiceren;
  • verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen;
  • een warme, empathische houding tegenover bewoners en familie;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid in een dynamische zorgomgeving.
