Als adjunct hoofdverpleegkundige in WZC Vinkenbosch combineer je coachend leiderschap met betrokkenheid op de werkvloer. Je ondersteunt de hoofdverpleegkundige in de dagelijkse organisatie en waakt mee over de kwaliteit van zorg. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, bewoners en familie en zorgt ervoor dat procedures correct worden toegepast. Door jouw aanwezigheid en ondersteuning creëer je structuur, vertrouwen en continuïteit binnen het team.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • ondersteunen van de hoofdverpleegkundige in de organisatie van de afdeling;
  • bewaken van de kwaliteit van zorg en naleving van procedures;
  • begeleiden en coachen van zorgmedewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking;
  • vervangen van de hoofdverpleegkundige bij afwezigheid;
  • verwelkomen en informeren van bewoners en familie over zorgafspraken;
  • verzamelen en verwerken van zorggegevens en opvolgen van dossiers;
  • opnemen van verpleegkundige taken binnen het team waar nodig.

Als adjunct hoofdverpleegkundige in WZC Vinkenbosch draag je bij aan een vlot georganiseerde afdeling en kwaliteitsvolle zorg. Je ondersteunt de hoofdverpleegkundige in organisatie en planning, bewaakt procedures en zorgkwaliteit en begeleidt zorgmedewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor team, bewoners en familie, vervangt de hoofdverpleegkundige bij afwezigheid en blijft mee betrokken op de werkvloer door verpleegkundige taken op te nemen binnen wisselende shiften. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor structuur, continuïteit en een warme zorgomgeving. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten coachend, organisatorisch en communicatief binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je teams versterkt, kwaliteitsafspraken bewaakt en tegelijk dicht bij bewoners en medewerkers staat.

Verder vragen wij

  • je beschikt over een verpleegkundig diploma (4de graad / MBO verpleegkunde / hoger onderwijs verpleegkunde) en een geldig INAMI-nummer (visum);
  • ervaring met coaching/aansturing is een plus;
  • je kan zorgprocedures correct toepassen en kwaliteit bewaken;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
