Wil je bouwen aan een professionaliseringsslag, een team van zes gedreven medewerkers coachen én hét centrale loket voor alle inhuuraanvragen verder vormgeven? Dan is de functie van Adjunct Teamhoofd Externe Inhuur jouw volgende stap! Wat ga je doen? Als Adjunct Teamhoofd ben jij de 'eigenaar externe inhuur' binnen onze organisatie. Je ondersteunt het teamhoofd HR&O Service en stuurt het team Externe Inhuur dagelijks inhoudelijk, en als coach aan. Het team heeft een solide basis en is na 1,5 jaar klaar voor de volgende fase: doorontwikkeling en professionalisering. Jouw belangrijkste doel? Het realiseren van onze visie: één centraal, professioneel loket voor alle inhuuraanvragen. Je zorgt voor een 100% compliant en rechtmatig inhuurproces, bewaakt de kwaliteit, kwantiteit en de kosten. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: • Teamleiderschap & Operations: Je coacht en begeleidt het team dagelijks naar een volwassen en uniform inhuurproces. Daarnaast voer je de regie op de gefaseerde overname en centrale coördinatie van het complete uitzendproces en stuur je samen met Contactmanagement op de totaalperformance van twee grote MSP's en 6 kleinere inhuurmantels. Uiteraard ben je een goede sparringpartner voor inhurende managers. • Compliancy & Wetgeving: Je ziet toe op een strikte naleving van de Aanbestedingswet (onder andere bij netwerkkandidaten en tariefafspraken) en borgen van wet- en regelgeving zoals WAADI en WKA (inleenaansprakelijkheid). Je richt waterdichte processen in rondom de Wet DBA (inzet ZZP) en anticipeert proactief op naderende wetgeving zoals de WTTA en WGB. • Proces- en Systeemverbetering: Je voert regie en werkt hier nauw samen met specialisten van de ICT afdeling, zoals functioneel beheer en datamanagement. • Stakeholdermanagement & Complexe Casuïstiek: Je werkt intensief samen met Inkoop, ...
