Avida vzw is een dienstverlenend netwerk binnen de zorg voor ouderen en personen met een beperking dat bestaat uit zes wooncentra waarvan woonzorgcentrum Avida | Ter Hovingen er één is.

Avida vzw staat voor wonen en leven ondersteund door warme en gedreven mensen.

De vzw omarmt de eigenheid van de wooncentra en ondersteunende diensten, die elk op hun eigen manier bijdragen aan ons WijS verhaal.

Jouw uitdaging

• Je helpt mee de dagelijkse keukenwerking van het woonzorgcentrum vlot te laten verlopen

• Je stelt de werkverdeling en de personeelsplanning op en past de planning aan de behoeften van de dienst aan om de continuïteit van de dienst te borgen.

• Je stuurt en motiveert de medewerkers door het maken van duidelijke afspraken en het uitzetten van praktische regels en procedures.

• Je draagt bij aan een aangename maaltijdbeleving voor onze bewoners

• Je licht de beslissingen van de directie toe aan de medewerkers en implementeert ze binnen de dienst.

• Je voert de nodige administratie uit m.b.t. de organisatie van de dienst.

• Je stelt menu’s op in overleg met de koks.

• Je voert de bestellingen uit, ontvangt ze en controleert de kwaliteit hiervan.

• Je controleert de naleving van de hygiënische regels en van de HACCP normen.

• Je volgt het toegewezen budget van de dienst op.

• Je verzekert de contacten met leveranciers, externe herstellers en technische dienst voor het onderhoud van het materiaal en de bestellingen.

Jouw troeven • Je bent betrokken en zet je met hart en ziel in voor warme, kwaliteitsvolle ouderenzorg.

• Je behandelt bewoners en collega’s gelijkwaardig, met respect en oog voor ieders eigenheid.

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid door actief mee te denken, initiatief te tonen en zorg te dragen voor een vlotte werking.

• Je denkt grensverleggend en zoekt creatieve oplossingen om de zorg elke dag beter te maken.

• Je hebt ervaring in een (groot)keuken

• Ervaring als leidinggevende is een mooie meerwaarde. Motivatie en de juiste ingesteldheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk

• Je denkt praktisch, probleemoplossend en werkt hygiënisch, ordelijk en nauwkeurig

• Je bent betrouwbaar en flexibel

• Je hebt een blanco uittreksel strafregister
