Bij de locatie De Zevenster in Zevenhuizen van WelThuis kun je zonder zorgopleiding starten in de ouderenzorg. Je leert het vak in de praktijk, werkt in een fijn team en krijgt de kans om door te groeien in de zorg. Waarom dit bij jou past - Je werkt in een hecht en gezellig team - Na 7 maanden ga je een opleiding volgen (bijv. Helpende of Verzorgende IG) - Je kiest bewust voor de ouderenzorg, omdat je hier kunt leren, groeien en dagelijks het verschil maakt voor ouderen Waarom dit misschien niet bij jou past In de zorg werk je met wisselende roosters. Je draait dagdiensten (07:00-15:00) én avonddiensten (15:00-23:00). Ook werk je om het weekend en een aantal feestdagen. Wat ga je doen? Als ADL-assistent help je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse zorg én maak je hun dag nét een beetje mooier. Je ondersteunt bij: - Opstaan, wassen en aankleden - Uiterlijke verzorging - Gezellige momenten: samen koffie drinken, muziek luisteren, een spelletje doen of foto's bekijken Bij WelThuis geloven we in de kracht van persoonsgerichte zorg.
