Wil jij je verder ontwikkelen in dit vakgebied? Ons Tweede Thuis is op zoek naar ADL medewerkers B voor deze doelgroep. Bij Ons Tweede Thuis werk je in hechte teams waarin jij zelf de regie hebt en écht gezien wordt. Draag bij aan een toekomst waarin samenleving en zorg samenkomen Frisse ideeën en nieuwe inzichten geven. Dat kenmerkt jou. En je zet het in om samen te werken aan een betekenisvol ervaring. Voor cliënten en voor jezelf. Samen met een team toegewijde collega's zorg je als ADL medewerker B voor een positieve impact op het dagelijks leven van onze cliënten met NAH. Je biedt een veilige en betrouwbare omgeving waar iedereen zich gezien en gehoord voelt. Jij maakt het mogelijk als ADL medewerker B. Verder ben jij bezig met: - ondersteunen van de cliënten in hun woonsituatie met de ADL activiteiten (ondersteunen eten/drinken, wassen, douchen en aan- en uitkleden). - medicatie verstrekken en ondersteunen bij het schrijven van zorgplannen. - sociaal contact met de bewoners en ben je 1e aanspreekpunt in de ochtend. Je zorgt dat onze cliënten de dag goed beginnen. - creatieve taken zoals gezamenlijk een spelletje spelen, bewegen, muziek maken etc. Geen dag is hetzelfde, geen cliënt met NAH is hetzelfde. Door die veelzijdigheid blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen en raak je nooit uitgeleerd.
