Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! uren in overleg uur per week Hoofddorp - De Meerstede FWG 20 conform cao VVT - maximaal € 19,58 per uur Vind je het leuk om aan de slag te gaan met ouderen en vanuit ons een training te krijgen om de bewoners te kunnen ondersteunen bij eten & drinken, naar toilet te begeleiden en de zorg te kunnen ondersteunen met wassen en aankleden? Dan ben jij wellicht de persoon die wij zoeken! Wat ga je doen? Onze opgeleide zorgmedewerkers helpen cliënten onder andere bij het wassen en aankleden. Jij ondersteunt hen daarbij en draagt zorg door bedden op te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat de kamers netjes en op orde zijn. Wij bieden interne scholing, zodat je de zorg kunt ondersteunen bij dagelijkse handelingen zoals het aan- en uitkleden en wassen van cliënten. Wanneer een cliënt is gedoucht en aangekleed, breng je hem of haar naar de huiskamer of haal je de cliënt daar op. Als ADL ondersteuner help je in de huiskamer bij het klaarmaken van bijvoorbeeld een boterham en het uitdelen van drinken. Indien nodig bied je ondersteuning bij eten en/of drinken. Daarnaast zorg je voor een prettige en gezellige sfeer in de huiskamer. Ook ondersteun je bij het schoon en netjes houden van de huiskamer en begeleid je kleinschalige activiteiten met de cliënten. In de middag help je mee bij het verzorgen en uitserveren van de warme maaltijd. Een achtergrond in de zorg is niet vereist. Wij vinden het belangrijker dat je een dienstverlenende instelling hebt, gemotiveerd bent en goed kunt communiceren.
