Het betreft een functie voor 24 uur week. Wat ga je doen? - Het zorgdragen voor de coderingen en boekingen van de planmatig onderhouds- en nieuwbouwfacturen waaronder ook het registreren van de budgetten en verplichtingen. - De controle op de aansluitingen tussen de onderhoudsadministratie en de grootboekadministratie ten behoeve van de controller. - Het aanleveren van realisatiecijfers ten opzichte van de begroting van de diverse onderhouds- en projectadministraties. - Het overnemen van de dagelijkse taken van collega's bij hun afwezigheid op de afdeling. Wat breng je mee - een financieel administratieve achtergrond op minimaal MBO4 niveau; - weet het belang van goede informatie-uitwisseling met collega's en beschikt over probleemoplossend vermogen; - uitstekende ervaring met Excel en Microsoft Dynamics; - kwaliteitsbewust; - kunt goed plannen en functioneert prima in tijdelijk stressvolle situaties; - handelt proactief en voert de benodigde acties uit bij onjuistheden; - een collegiaal ingesteld persoon die zich thuis voelt in een nononsense omgeving; - per 1 december 2026 beschikbaar of eerder wanneer mogelijk. Wij kun je van ons verwachten - werk in een plezierige no-nonsense omgeving. - een goed salaris conform CAO Woondiensten, salarisschaal E. - inschaling is afhankelijk van relevante ervaring en zit tussen de € 2.104 - € 2.570,- bruto per maand bij 24 uur, exclusief 8% vakantiegeld en 4% eindejaarsuitkering. - aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals goede opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. - Een jaarcontract dat wordt omgezet in een contract voor onbepaalde tijd als de samenwerking van beide kanten bevalt.
