Als Admin Purchase Support ben jij een veelzijdige spilfiguur binnen onze vestiging. Je combineert een sterke administratieve en klantgerichte rol (90%) met de functie van auto-inkoper (10%). Je zorgt niet alleen voor een vlotte en professionele ontvangst van klanten, maar bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de inschatting en aankoop van voertuigen.

Je bent dus zowel het eerste aanspreekpunt in de vestiging als een belangrijke schakel in het aankoopproces.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je ontvangt klanten op een professionele, vriendelijke manier en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt in de vestiging
  • Je begeleidt het volledige aankoopproces van voertuigen, inclusief inspectie, proefrit en het opstellen van een onderbouwd prijsvoorstel
  • Je verzorgt de volledige administratie van de vestiging: contracten, e-mails, opvolging, transport en documentverwerking
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van alle dossiers van A tot Z
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte werking van de vestiging en draagt bij aan een sterke klantbeleving en positieve reviews
  • Je ondersteunt, waar nodig, andere vestigingen afhankelijk van de operationele noden, rekening houden met je woonplaats

  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences administratives et travaillez avec précision et méthode.
  • Vous avez un vif intérêt pour les voitures et vous vous sentez à l'aise dans un environnement commercial.
  • Vous êtes orienté client, communicatif et professionnel dans votre approche.
  • Vous alliez empathie et persuasion dans vos conversations avec les clients.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, vous prenez vos responsabilités et vous pensez de façon axée sur les solutions.
  • Vous travaillez efficacement en équipe et savez vous adapter avec souplesse aux changements de rythme nécessaires.
  • Vous êtes disposé(e) à travailler le samedi (en échange d'un jour de congé en semaine).
  • Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le néerlandais et vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire de catégorie B (voiture à boîte de vitesses manuelle).
