The posting

Ben jij een gedreven logistiek-administratief talent dat graag de spilfiguur is tussen externe magazijnen en internationale klanten? In deze dynamische rol voor een bedrijf in de chemie in Tessenderlo neem je de regie over het beheer van onze externe warehouses en waarborg je een vlekkeloos Order-to-Cash proces. Je combineert je proactieve communicatieskills met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak om logistieke ketens optimaal te laten draaien.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (bijv. Logistiek Management, Bedrijfsmanagement, Office Management) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen Customer Service of Supply Chain.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Sterke affiniteit met logistiek en commerciele feeling; je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt zeer gestructureerd.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en een echte 'probleemoplosser' die proactief en zelfstandig actie onderneemt.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket (kennis van SAP is een grote plus) en vlot met de gangbare MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en bent een collegiale teamplayer.

External Warehouse Management (Hoofdfocus):

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het gestroomlijnde voorraadbeheer en het uitvoeren van voorraadcorrecties en silobeheer.
  • Dagelijks aanspreekpunt voor en nauwe communicatie met externe magazijnpartners.
  • Coordinatie en opvolging van uitgaande goederenstroom en leveringen vanuit de externe warehouses.

Customer Service & Order Handling:

  • Beheren van het volledige Order-to-Cash (OTC) proces voor een toegewezen klantenportefeuille, van orderingave tot en met de facturatie.
  • Fungeren als het vaste aanspreekpunt (Single Point of Contact) voor klanten bij vragen over orders, transport, facturatie en levertermijnen.
  • Zorgen voor een stipt verloop van gevraagde leveringen, met continue afstemming op product- en transportcapaciteit.
  • Afhandelen van bijhorende administratie, zoals transportafroepen, orderbevestigingen en het opmaken van credit- en debetnota's.
  • Doelgericht analyseren en oplossen van klant- en transportgerelateerde vraagstukken, in samenwerking met de Customer Service Manager en Sales.
