En Productora 23, productora especializada en la creación y distribución de espectáculos teatrales, así como en formación de interpretación y doblaje, buscamos incorporar una persona organizada, proactiva y con ganas de formar parte de un proyecto cultural en crecimiento. Buscamos un perfil polivalente que combine tareas de administración, comunicación, marketing y apoyo a producción, participando en el día a día de la empresa.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Atención telefónica y gestión del correo electrónico. Atención y seguimiento de clientes, teatros y colaboradores. Organización y archivo de documentación. Gestión de agendas y coordinación de reuniones. Soporte administrativo y de producción. Gestión y actualización de bases de datos. Creación y programación de contenidos para redes sociales. Apoyo en campañas de comunicación y marketing digital. Actualización de la página web (Wix). Diseño de creatividades con Canva/Photoshop y apoyo en materiales promocionales. Colaboración en la promoción de espectáculos teatrales y cursos de interpretación y doblaje.

¿Qué buscamos? Persona organizada, responsable y resolutiva. Buena capacidad de comunicación y atención al cliente. Interés por el sector cultural, el teatro y los eventos. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar diferentes tareas. Actitud positiva, iniciativa y ganas de aprender.

Requisitos: Buen dominio de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel). Conocimientos de Canva. Valorable experiencia con Photoshop. Manejo básico de Wix o gestores de contenido. Conocimientos en redes sociales. Catalán y castellano hablados y escritos. Se valorará nivel medio de inglés.

Se valorará especialmente Formación en Administración, Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación o similar. Conocimientos de herramientas como .
