V spoločnosti Jaguar Land Rover vznikla zaujímavá príležitosť pracovať v tíme financií JLR na pozícii Analytik/čka dochádzky a pracovného času, ktorý/á bude zodpovedný/á za kontrolu procesov súvisiacich s výkazmi pracovného času a záznamami dochádzky. Závod JLR na Slovensku je kľúčovou súčasťou stratégie JLR pri rozširovaní globálnej výrobnej základne, ako aj pri budovaní svetovo uznávanej značky, ktorá je priemyselným štandardom. Ide o jedinečnú príležitosť, ktorá vznikla z potreby rozvoja finančných procesov na Slovensku, podporujúcich výrobné a podporné tímy v závode v Nitre.

Náplň práce : • Podpora vývoja a analýza rôznych reportov súvisiacich s výkazmi pracovného času a dochádzky • Úzka spolupráca s analytikmi miezd, zabezpečenie správnosti vstupných údajov pre výpočet a spracovanie miezd, ako aj riešenie súvisiacich otázok • Podpora používateľov – schvaľovateľov pracovného času pri každodenných otázkach týkajúcich sa procesov výkazov pracovného času a dochádzky • Analýza údajov z výkazov pracovného času a šablón od schvaľovateľov JLR, s cieľom zabezpečiť správne údaje o dochádzke v aplikácii VEMA
