Wij zoeken versterking Administrateur (junior óf ervaren) - 16 tot 32 uur Wij zoeken versterking bij Bosch Boekhouding! En daarvoor zoeken we niet persé iemand met 5 of 10 jaar ervaring. We zoeken vooral iemand die goed met cijfers is, verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen en het leuk vindt om met ondernemers te werken. Ben je een ervaren administrateur? Dan kun je bij ons snel je eigen klantenportefeuille beheren en veel zelfstandigheid krijgen. Sta je juist aan het begin van je carrière? Ook prima. Dan leren we je het vak stap voor stap en is er ruimte voor cursussen en opleidingen om door te groeien naar zelfstandig administrateur. Wat ga je doen? De kern is het verzorgen en beheren van de administraties van onze ongeveer 60 klanten . Van verwerking en controle tot btw-aangiften, klantcontact en - afhankelijk van je ervaring - jaarwerk. En die 60 klanten? Als het aan ons ligt worden dat er de komende jaren behoorlijk wat meer. - een functie van ongeveer 16 tot 32 uur per week - salarisindicatie: €2700,- tot €4500,- bruto o.b.v. 40 uur - veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid - een eigen klantenportefeuille die met je meegroeit - begeleiding wanneer je die nodig hebt - ruimte voor cursussen en verdere ontwikkeling - doorgroeimogelijkheden van starter naar zelfstandig/ervaren administrateur - de mogelijkheid om bij voldoende uren ook interim ervaring op te doen - werken vanuit ons kantoor in Helmond - een informele werkomgeving met persoonlijk contact met onze klanten Wil je meer dan twee dagen werken? Dan kunnen we de functie nóg interessanter maken. We zouden het namelijk leuk vinden als je naast je werk bij Bosch Boekhouding 1 à 2 dagen per week interim bij één van onze klanten werkt. Zo combineer je het werken voor tientallen ondernemers met ervaring binnen de financiële afdeling van een organisatie.
