Je beheert de financiële en personeelsadministratie, stelt rapportages op en optimaliseert processen binnen twee organisaties met maatschappelijke impact. Ben jij nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en krijg je energie van een brede administratieve rol binnen een organisatie met maatschappelijke impact? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. TKI Urban Energy versnelt de energietransitie in de gebouwde omgeving door innovaties efficiënt van idee tot opschaling te brengen. Energy Innovation NL (voorheen Topsector Energie) is de drijvende kracht achter innovaties die nodig zijn voor de een betaalbaar, betrouwbaar, veilig en duurzaam energiesysteem. TKI Urban Energy en Energy Innovation NL, gezamenlijk circa 75 medewerkers, delen het kantoor in Utrecht en werken nauw samen. Vandaar dat wij op zoek zijn naar een Administrateur Finance & HR (32 uur p/w) Wat ga je doen? - Je verzorgt de correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële en personeelsadministratie van beide organisaties. - Je beheert de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, verzorgt de administratie van subsidieprojecten, voert financiële controles uit en stelt journaalposten, maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op. - Je voert het beheer van opdrachtovereenkomsten en inkoopcontracten uit. - Je verzorgt de tijdige aangiften omzetbelasting bij de belastingdienst. - Je levert een bijdrage aan audits en organiseert financiële rapportages en de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen. - Je voert (financiële) controles uit bij projectvoorstell...
