Dan zoeken wij jou als onze nieuwe Administrateur! Wat ga je doen? Als Administrateur ben je verantwoordelijk voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige financiële administratie en verzorg je periodieke financiële rapportages. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële basis voor management en bestuur en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de administratieve processen. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met analytisch inzicht en weet financiële gegevens te vertalen naar heldere rapportages en managementinformatie. Je ontvangt leiding van de bestuurder en werkt nauw samen met collega's van de financiële administratie en het bedrijfsbureau. Waar jij je mee bezighoudt: - Je verzorgt werkzaamheden voor de financiële administratie; - Je stelt journaalposten op en verwerkt financiële mutaties; - Je controleert financiële gegevens op juistheid, volledigheid en consistentie; - Je verzorgt de maandelijkse afsluitingen; - Je stelt periodieke rapportages op, waaronder balans-, resultaten- en winst- en verliesoverzichten; - Je verzorgt het jaarwerkdossier ten behoeve van de accountant; - Je onderhoudt contacten met crediteuren en debiteuren; - Je bewaakt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt deze naar de financiële adminis...
