Hou je van administratie, aankoop en logistiek? Als administratief medewerker inkoop zorg je mee voor een vlot aankoop- en voorraadproces in Lommel.

In deze parttime functie ondersteun je de aankoop en volg je bestellingen, voorraden en leveranciers nauwkeurig op. Je combineert administratie met dagelijks contact met verschillende partners en werkt nauw samen met aankoop, logistiek, transport en customer service.

Jouw takenpakket:

- De voorraad nauwgezet bewaken, tijdig bestellingen plaatsen bij leveranciers en deze opvolgen tot aan de levering behoren tot jouw dagelijkse taken.

- Voorraadniveaus analyseren en meedenken over optimale bestelhoeveelheden en minimumvoorraden zorgen ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.

- Dagelijks onderhoud je contact met leveranciers en volg je levertermijnen, afwijkingen, vertragingen en foutieve leveringen actief op.

- Ook de controle van leveringen op aantallen en prijzen neem je voor jouw rekening. Waar nodig regel je het transport met de betrokken partijen.

- De aankoper kan rekenen op jouw administratieve ondersteuning bij rapportages, stocklijsten, statistieken en de controle van facturatie voor logistieke diensten.

- Samen met aankoop, transport, logistiek en customer service zorg je voor een vlotte werking. Daarnaast bied je sales support aan enkele leveranciers.

- Zie je mogelijkheden om aankoop-, voorraad- of logistieke processen slimmer aan te pakken? Dan krijg je de ruimte om verbeteringen voor te stellen en initiatief te nemen.

Een eerste werkervaring en affiniteit met aankoop en logistiek zijn mooi meegenomen. Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken zit in je natuur, waarbij je ook graag zelf initiatief neemt. Contact met leveranciers en collega's verloopt vlot dankzij jouw communicatieve aanpak. Zowel zelfstandig werken als samenwerken binnen een team passen bij jou. Bij vragen of onverwachte situaties denk je oplossingsgericht en ga je actief op zoek naar een passende aanpak.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Bij voorkeur een bachelor in een economische of commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring of affiniteit met aankoop, voorraadbeheer en logistiek. Je werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.

- Talenkennis: Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
