The posting

Werk je graag ondersteunend, ben je een planner, en heb je graag telefonisch contact? Dan zijn we mogelijks een match!

Ons team bestaat uit 4 artsen, een huisarts in opleiding en 2 secretariaatsmedewerkers. We kijken uit naar een onthaalmedewerker die in de namiddag de praktijk in goede banen leidt. Binnenkort verhuizen we naar een nieuw gebouw en deze uitbreiding zouden we ook graag met een extra collega waarmaken.

Praktijk medewerker: secretariaat – namiddag (14u)

Je zorgt voor een goede planning en verloop van de dag, waarbij iedereen zich gesteund en geholpen voelt. Je bent mee het gezicht van de praktijk en staat met het hele team mee in voor de dagelijkse organisatie, netheid en professionele zorg.

Patiëntencontacten:

  • Telefonie (afspraken en consultaties plannen, opvragen gegevens/verslagen)
  • Agendabeheer consultaties
  • Verwerken documenten o.a. attesten, verwijsbrieven, …
  • Communicatie: informeren van patiënten, briefwisseling opmaken, beheer van de communicatiesystemen (website).

Administratie voor de praktijk, in samenwerking met je collega’s;

  • Praktijk organisatorische taken: stockbeheer, contacten met leveranciers, onderhoud plannen, offertes opvragen, technische problemen oplossen.
  • Financiën: facturatie, opvolgen boekhouding
  • Agendabeheer van de artsen en de praktijkvergaderingen

Kan je zelfstandig werken en neem je verantwoordelijkheid? Je werkt namelijk alleen aan de balie.

Ben je betrouwbaar, discreet, empatisch en vriendelijk in de omgang? Onze patiënten moeten zich gehoord en veilig voelen in onze praktijk.

Ben je veelzijdig en flexibel; je hebt interesse om diverse taken te doen, bij te leren en je te verdiepen in nieuwe taken? Ons secretariaat is namelijk de steun en toeverlaat voor zowel de patiënt als de arts.

Kan je vlot overweg met de meest recente software? MS office, een eerste ervaring met medische programma’s is een voordeel. Er verandert veel en we moeten ons vlot kunnen aanpassen op het vlak van nieuwe technologische ontwikkelingen.

Je hebt ervaring in administratie en het is een pluspunt als je affiniteit hebt met medische terminologie / anatomie.
