The posting

Als Group Procurement Assistant ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne klanten. Je ondersteunt de aankopers en de Procurement Manager bij aankoopactiviteiten en beheert de administratieve processen, onder andere in SAP. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat alle gegevens met betrekking tot aangekochte verpakkingen en grondstoffen up-to-date zijn voor een correcte rapportering en analyse. In deze administratief ondersteunende rol rapporteer je aan de Group Procurement Manager Packaging en ben je gevestigd in Lembeke, België.

Over de functie

  • Je ondersteunt het team in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en ontfermt je over zaken als afwijkende facturen, creditnota's en retourzendingen.
  • Je biedt de nodige support bij het voorbereiden en opvolgen van aankoopaudits, de voorbereidingen van tenders en het voorbereiden van duurzaamheidsrapportering en bijhorende kpi's.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het algemene beheer van de Material Master Data in SAP. Dit omvat het opvolgen van de masterdataflow, het aanmaken van verpakkings- en grondstofartikelen in SAP, evenals het aanvragen en registreren van specificaties en bijbehorende kwaliteitsdocumenten.
  • Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van de masterdata door regelmatige controles uit te voeren en de nodige informatie op te vragen bij leveranciers. Het onderhouden van correcte en actuele gegevens ondersteunt een nauwkeurige bedrijfsrapportering en vergemakkelijkt analyses door de aankopers.
  • Deze ondersteuning neem ja ad hoc ook voor je rekening voor de andere procurement teams waar nodig, zowel in België als in Zwitserland.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, beschik je idealiter over:

  • Een bachelordiploma. Ervaring in een administratieve functie is zeker nodig. Kennis van Master Data of Procurement is een pluspunt.
  • Een passie voor nauwkeurig werken met data en IT-systemen.
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel). Ervaring met een ERP-pakket (bij voorkeur SAP) is een pluspunt.
  • Dit is een administratief ondersteunende rol, dus multitasken, prioriteiten stellen en klantgericht werken zijn zaken die je perfect onder de knie hebt.
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken binnen een internationale omgeving.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands en Frans is een bijkomende troef.
