Ben je op zoek naar een leuke en gevarieerde administratieve job waarin je jezelf kan ontwikkelen? Help je graag mensen vooruit? Ben je sterk met mensen en in administratie of bereid om dit te leren? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

Als lid van het team:

  • Ben je aan het loket het aanspreekpunt voor de leden van de bediende-centrale.
  • Informeer je de leden over alle vragen betreffende hun lidmaatschap.
  • Sta je in voor de administratieve verwerking van gegevens in de centrale database.
  • Zorg je voor de interne en externe schriftelijke en telefonische communicatie.
  • Sta je in voor een allround administratieve ondersteuning.
  • Rapporteer je aan de verantwoordelijke van de dienst Administratie.
  • Je behaalde een diploma in een administratieve richting (ASO/TSO, CVO of bachelor diploma) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Pas afgestudeerden of schoolverlaters zijn ook van harte welkom om te solliciteren.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
  • Tweetalig NL/FR
  • Je bent een gedreven teamspeler.
  • Binnen het team heb je zin voor initiatief en kan je kan je zeer autonoom en nauwgezet werken.
  • Je flexibiliteit en je stressbestendigheid staan je toe je doelen te bereiken.
  • Je hebt een open en directe communicatiestijl.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan klantgericht werken.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige sociale vaardigheden, alsook over het nodige militantisme zodat je je vlot kan integreren in een syndicaal team.
