Voor een gerechtsdeurwaarderskantoor zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve kracht. Ben jij gedreven in wat je doet, positief ingesteld en kan je goed omgaan met verschillende mensen en situaties? Dan word jij misschien onze nieuwe toffe collega!

Wij nemen debiteurenopvolging au-sérieux en streven ernaar om steeds de gepaste oplossingen te zoeken voor elke financiële situatie. Vertrouwen opbouwen en lange termijnrelaties met onze partners zijn één van onze sterke kenmerken.

Je ondersteunt het team met diverse taken:

  • Telefonische contacten met betrekking je dossiers
  • Inkomende en uitgaande e-mails verwerken
  • Aktes opstellen
  • Opvolgen van je debiteurendossiers van A tot Z in functie van openstaande betalingen en afbetalingsplannen
  • Afstemming met je collega's
  • Opvolging en up-to-date houden van je dossieragenda
  • Bezoekers de nodige en correcte informatie geven
  • Financiële afhandeling aan het loket
  • Ad hoc taken
  • Vereiste studies: bachelor of graduaat (hoger beroepsonderwijs) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt en schrijft de Nederlandse taal zeer goed
  • Een zelfstandig werkattitude
  • Sterke communicatieskills in talen Frans en Engels zijn een plus
  • Een to-the-point en oplossingsgerichte manier van communiceren en handelen
  • Administratieve nauwkeurigheid is een evidentie
  • Behulpzame, vriendelijke en professionele houding
  • Tactvol, diplomatisch, geduldig en voldoende empathisch
  • Een luisterend oor en oplossingsgericht denken
  • Goede onderhandelingsskills met sociale voeling
