De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Bediende:

  • Klanten ontvangen aan de balie en hen professioneel verder helpen.
  • Luisteren naar technische vragen en een eerste analyse maken van mogelijke herstellingen.
  • Herstellingen en werkzaamheden correct doorgeven aan de werkplaats.
  • Telefonische en schriftelijke vragen van klanten behandelen.
  • Klanten adviseren en informeren over onderhoud, herstellingen en onderdelen.
  • Instaan voor de bestelling van onderdelen voor werkplaats en voorraad.
  • Verkoopadministratie verzorgen, waaronder offertes, bestellingen en financieringsaanvragen.
  • Mee opvolgen van de stock en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Samenwerken met techniekers en collega’s om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Bijdragen aan een professionele en klantgerichte werking van de organisatie.

  • Ervaring binnen een administratieve functie.
  • Interesse in techniek en de bereidheid om hierin verder bij te leren.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om meerdere zaken tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in administratieve verwerking.
  • Communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk ingesteld.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Technische opleiding of technische affiniteit is een pluspunt.
  • Interesse in motoren vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Een motorrijbewijs is een troef.
