Voor onze klant, een dynamisch outsourcingkantoor, zijn we op zoek naar een administratief talent dat energie haalt uit afwisseling en nieuwe uitdagingen. Als Administratief Medewerker werk je projectmatig bij verschillende klanten, telkens voor een bepaalde periode. Zo krijg je de kans om in diverse bedrijven en sectoren ervaring op te doen. Geen enkele dag is dezelfde: je leert voortdurend nieuwe werkomgevingen kennen en breidt je administratieve expertise verder uit. Tegelijk maak je deel uit van een hecht team van consultants dat flexibiliteit, samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal stelt. Je staat er dus nooit alleen voor en kan steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van jouw team.

Jouw taken:

  • Ingezet worden bij verschillende klanten voor administratieve opdrachten, zoals onthaal, dataverwerking, agendabeheer, facturatie of dossieropvolging.
  • Je past je snel aan in nieuwe werkomgevingen en helpt structuur te brengen in administratieve processen.
  • Bieden van ondersteuning aan diverse afdelingen, afhankelijk van de noden van het project.
  • Zelfstandig werken bij de klant, met de back-up en ondersteuning van jouw vaste team binnen het outsourcingkantoor.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in een administratieve functie
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je snel thuis in een nieuwe omgeving
  • Je bent van nature flexibel en past je gemakkelijk aan (nieuwe collega's, systemen, sectoren...)
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar klanten binnen jouw regio
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en communiceert vlot
  • Je bent professioneel, klantgericht en draagt discretie hoog in het vaandel
  • Fulltime werken of 4/5e is voor jou allebei bespreekbaar
