Op zoek naar een deeltijdse administratieve job in Torhout, binnen de administratie, voor twee dagen per week? Als administratief bediende ondersteun je een accountancyonderneming met uiteenlopende administratieve en praktische taken.

Een administratieve rol

Je komt terecht in een onderneming die actief is in de accountancysector.

Wat je doet

  • Je verwerkt inkomende en uitgaande kosten in Excel en neemt regelmatig typwerk op.
  • Je verwelkomt bezoekers, beantwoordt telefoons en bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je biedt praktische ondersteuning, zoals boodschappen doen, koffie halen en post naar het postkantoor brengen.
  • Na een inwerkperiode neem je ook het agendabeheer op.

De werkdag loopt doorgaans van 09.00 tot 12.00 uur en van 13.00 tot 17.30 uur. Een middagpauze van 30 minuten is bespreekbaar.
