Jobomschrijving

Jouw takenpakket situeert zich binnen twee domeinen namelijk boekhouding en werfadministratie.Je staat in voor het beheer van inkomende en uitgaande correspondentie, inclusief e-mails, telefoongesprekken en post.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de uitgaande en binnenkomende facturen en dit van de opmaak, controle, registratie en inboeking tot de goedkeuring ervan.Je controleert de kredietwaardigheid van onze klanten en volgt de maandelijkse goedkeuring van de vorderingsstaten op ten einde een tijdige facturatie te bekomen.Je staat in voor een correcte maandelijkse rapportering van de boekhouding.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werfadministratie en de administratieve verwerking doorheen de volledige werf.Je hebt veelvuldig contact met zowel met de verschillende interne diensten als externe contacten.Je registreert de werfaanmeldingen voor eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers (Checkin-@-work)Je plaatst algemene bestellingen voor kantoorartikelen, drank- en toiletartikelen.Je biedt een uitstekende klantenservice aan zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden.

Een bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in een relevante richting, of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.Basiskennis boekhoudingCommunicatieskills: Je bent klantgericht en kan helder en overtuigend communiceren met de verschillende stakeholdersJe spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels op communicatief niveau.Nauwkeurigheid en een helicopterview: je bent in staat snel en punctueel te werken zonder het overzicht over de verschillende dossiers te verliezenVlotte pc-vaardigheden: je kan je snel nieuwe softwarepakketten eigen makenErvaring in de administratie van de bouw is een zeer grote pluspunt
