Ben jij de administratieve duizendpoot die houdt van een strakke opvolging, nauwkeurig dossierbeheer en vlotte communicatie? Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde speler in de automotive, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Administratief Bediende die de verwerking van verkochte voertuigen van A tot Z in goede banen leidt!

  • Je staat in voor de volledige administratieve afhandeling en controle van alle dossiers rond verkochte voertuigen.
  • Je kijkt alle vereiste boord- en verkoopdocumenten grondig na en legt deze klaar voor aflevering.
  • Je controleert de financieringsaanvragen tot in het kleinste detail en stemt af met banken en leasingmaatschappijen om betalingen na te vragen.
  • Je voert correcte facturaties uit voor de te leveren wagens, met strikte inachtneming van de geldende financierings- en leasingkaders.
  • Je controleert binnenkomende betalingen en zorgt dat het financiële plaatje voor elke oplevering klopt.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met verzekeraars bij eventuele moeilijkheden rond de inschrijving van wagens.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van binnenkomende e-mails en het correct doorschakelen van telefonie.
  • Je regelt de transporten van de wagens voor een tijdige en vlekkeloze levering.
  • Je verzorgt het klassement en springt na verloop van tijd flexibel bij ter ondersteuning van jouw administratieve collega's.

Profiel

  • Je werkt uiterst secuur, verliest details niet uit het oog en kan autonoom taken prioriteren en afhandelen.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Basiskennis van of noties van BTW en boekhouding is een absolute troef voor de correcte verwerking van facturatie en financieringen.
  • Je stelt je professioneel op aan de telefoon in contacten met klanten, verzekeraars en financiële instellingen.
  • Je helpt graag collega’s uit de brand en bent bereid om op termijn breder mee te draaien op het kantoor.
