Voor een groeiende groothandel actief binnen de land- en tuinbouwsector in Gent zoeken we een administratief bediende. Je ondersteunt zowel de commerciële als logistieke werking van het bedrijf.

Als administratief bediende zorg je mee voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail te woord staan en verder helpen
  • Bestellingen verwerken en opvolgen
  • Leveringsbonnen administratief verwerken
  • Gegevens ingeven en controleren in het administratiesysteem
  • Betalingen van klanten opvolgen
  • Instaan voor rappelbeheer
  • Documenten opmaken en administratief verwerken
  • Archiveren en documenten correct bijhouden
  • Collega's ondersteunen bij algemene administratieve werkzaamheden
  • Minstens een middelbaar diploma en/of relevante administratieve ervaring
  • Nauwkeurige, ordelijke en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands én Frans
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Ook graag samenwerken binnen een team
