📌 Takenpakket

Als administratief bediende ben je de spil tussen klanten, leveranciers, logistieke partners en het interne team:

  • Je volgt internationale aankoop- en verkooporders op van A tot Z.
  • Je maakt contracten op en beheert de bijhorende documentatie.
  • Je coördineert transporten en leveringen en ondersteunt de planning.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en logistieke partners.
  • Je volgt voorraadposities op en bewaakt de beschikbaarheid van goederen.
  • Je controleert facturen en ondersteunt diverse administratieve processen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct worden opgevolgd en deadlines gerespecteerd worden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties van processen.

🎯 Profiel

Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen, zoeken we een kandidaat met:

  • Diploma: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Een eerste ervaring binnen sales support, logistiek of supply chain is een sterke plus.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast kan je je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Persoonlijkheidskenmerken: Je bent nauwkeurig, organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Daarnaast ben je proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
