De functie inhoud Wat staat jou te wachten als Administratief Bediende in Brugge?

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en biedt oplossingen afgestemd op hun behoeften
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte afhandeling van aanvragen
  • Je onderhoudt professionele en vlotte communicatie met klanten, waarbij je advies en begeleiding biedt gedurende het hele proces
  • Ook denk je actief mee over het optimaliseren van de service en kwaliteit

Dit bedrijf biedt particulieren en zelfstandigen een breed scala aan verzekeringen, beleggingen en fiscaal interessante spaarproducten. Wie ben jij als Administratief Bediende in Brugge?

  • Je hebt een graduaat in verzekeringen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector is vereist
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig of bij voorkeur tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
  • Klantcontact is jouw passie, en je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oplossingsgericht, punctueel en stressbestendig zijn kenmerkend voor jou als Administratief Bediende
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt snel beslissingen wanneer nodig
