De functie inhoud Als Administratief Bediende ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van verschillende dossiers. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak verlopen de dagelijkse administratieve processen vlot en efficiënt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beheren van administratieve dossiers
  • Projectgegevens verwerken in het ERP-systeem
  • Plannen van onderzoeken en afspraken
  • Opvolgen van vergunningsaanvragen
  • Offertes opvragen en verwerken
  • Ondersteunen van de studiedienst
  • Administratieve processen mee optimaliseren

  • Graduaat of bachelor, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste administratieve ervaring is een plus
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Cijfermatig inzicht en oog voor detail
