Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als administratief bediende in regio Tielt?

  • Je beheert de personeelsadministratie en zorgt voor een correcte loon verwerking
  • Correct registreren van aanwezigheden via het "Check In At Work" (CIAW) systeem
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en leveringen, met behulp van Office-programma’s
  • Je organiseert en onderhoudt het wagenparkbeheer
  • Beheren van de stock van klein materiaal, machines, kledij en andere benodigdheden
  • Coördineren van administratieve taken en communiceren met onderaannemers
