Jobomschrijving

  • Dagelijks beheer en opvolging van mede-eigendommen
  • Organiseren en leiden van algemene vergaderingen
  • Opmaak en opvolging van budgetten en afrekeningen
  • Coördineren van herstellingen, onderhoud en renovatiewerken
  • Contact onderhouden met eigenaars, leveranciers en aannemers
  • Opvolgen van technische dossiers en wettelijke verplichtingen
  • Beheer van contracten, verzekeringen en keuringsattesten
  • Administratieve verwerking van dossiers en verslaggeving
  • Toezicht houden op de financiële gezondheid van gebouwen
  • Snel en professioneel inspelen op vragen en problemen van mede-eigenaars
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen een dynamisch team
  • Actief bijdragen aan een klantgerichte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening
