De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Administratief Bediende Aankoop:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van prijs-, marge- en artikelwijzigingen
  • Aanmaken van nieuwe artikelen en onderhouden van productdatabestanden
  • Beheren van technische fiches, leveranciersverklaringen en certificaten
  • Controleren van aankoopfacturen en ondersteunen van het aankoopteam
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van planningen zoals verlof, bestelmomenten en leverdagen
  • Ondersteunen bij reclameplanning, weekverkoop en rapportering
  • Opstellen van statistieken, rapporten en overzichtstabellen
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het team

  • Administratief sterk en zeer nauwkeurig in uitvoering
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel
  • Gestructureerde werkstijl met oog voor detail
  • Betrouwbaar, discreet en stressbestendig
  • Proactief en ondersteunend naar collega’s toe
  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring in een administratieve of aankoopondersteunende rol vormt een troef
