Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een familiaal bedrijf en zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om ons team te versterken. Geen grote, onpersoonlijke structuur, maar een omgeving waar we nauw samenwerken, elkaar ondersteunen en waar je al snel een belangrijke schakel binnen het team wordt.

Je werkt voornamelijk samen met één collega en neemt samen de dagelijkse administratie voor je rekening. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook de andere collega's waar nodig.

Omdat geen enkele dag helemaal hetzelfde is, zoeken we vooral iemand die graag organiseert, opvolgt, communiceert en bijleert.

Wat ga je doen?

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en kan mee afgestemd worden op jouw ervaring en sterktes. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Dagelijks telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten, bedrijven en leveranciers
  • Administratieve opvolging van verschillende dossiers
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van reservaties
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Administratieve opvolging van verzendingen
  • Beantwoorden en opvolgen van e-mails en aanvragen
  • Ondersteunen van collega's bij uiteenlopende administratieve taken
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en correcte opvolging

Wie zoeken we? We zoeken vooral iemand die administratief en communicatief sterk is, nauwkeurig werkt en graag bijleert. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een mooie meerwaarde.

Ervaring als administratief bediende is welkom, maar zeker geen vereiste. Ook pas afgestudeerd? Waag gerust je kans! We voorzien de nodige opleiding en begeleiding.
