De functie inhoud Als Administratief Bediende in Roeselare zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:

  • Het zorgvuldig verwerken en up-to-date houden van gegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Inkomende en uitgaande orders opvolgen van registratie tot facturatie
  • Bestellingen, leveringen en stockbewegingen administratief correct verwerken
  • Prijsafspraken, bestelbonnen en facturen controleren
  • Export- en verzenddocumenten voorbereiden
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan het team
