Voor een toonaangevende Europese speler in de wereld van promotionele producten en relatiegeschenken, met vestiging in Wommelgem, gaan we bij Unique op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende.

Als Administratief Bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen vlot verlopen en staat dagelijks in contact met collega’s, klanten en externe partners.

Dit zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van het team met uiteenlopende administratieve taken.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van administratieve dossiers.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en consumenten via e-mail en telefoon.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen interne afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en efficiënte administratieve verwerking van gegevens.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor denk- en werkniveau en neemt een leergierige houding aan zodat je alle kneepjes van het vak kan leren.
  • Je kijkt terug op een eerste ervaring (minstens 2 jaar) binnen een administratieve functie.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt een servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
