Dan hebben wij een mooie opportuniteit voor jou bij een gevestigde onderneming in Oostende, gespecialiseerd in het bedrukken en personaliseren van producten voor diverse klanten. Je komt terecht in een afwisselende administratieve functie waarbij je een belangrijke schakel vormt binnen de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf.

Als administratief medewerker ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf en zorg je voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit: Opmaken van leveringsbonnen en facturen

Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoons Stockbeheer van bedrukte artikelen Verwerken en sorteren van betalingslijsten en openstaande posten Opvolgen van vervallen facturen

Controleren van artikelen na inkomende leveringen

Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken ter ondersteuning van het team Voor deze functie zijn we vooral op zoek naar iemand met een logisch inzicht en een nuchtere aanpak. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten: Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd Je bent administratief sterk en hebt oog voor detail Je hebt een vlotte kennis van Word en Excel Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan zelfstandig werken Je bent betrouwbaar, leergierig en klantvriendelijk
