Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Boekhouding & Administratie ondersteun je de financiële en administratieve werking van de organisatie.

Financieel luik

  • Inboeken en controleren van goederen- en kostenfacturen
  • Administratieve verwerking van inkomende facturen
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersrekeningen en ageing balances
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van digitale facturen via Peppol
  • Ondersteunen van interne en externe boekhouders
  • Meehelpen bij maandelijkse en periodieke afsluitingen
  • Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes en financiële rapporteringen
  • Verwerken van Intrastat-aangiften

Administratief luik

  • Coderen, klasseren en archiveren van financiële documenten
  • Up-to-date houden van leveranciersgegevens
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van leveranciers
  • Opvolgen van aankoopprijzen en prijswijzigingen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij offertes en aanbestedingen

  • Diploma in een boekhoudkundige of administratieve richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Vlotte kennis van courante softwaretoepassingen
  • Discrete omgang met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie
