Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit een correct afgewerkte administratie? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

Voor een bedrijf in Wommelgem zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende Boekhouding. Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren Finance-team en ondersteunt de dagelijkse verwerking en controle van de financiële administratie.

Jouw functie

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Jij zorgt voor de controle en opvolging van de facturen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak verloopt de financiële administratie correct en efficiënt.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het controleren van ingeboekte facturen op correctheid.
  • Het vergelijken van prijzen en aantallen met de gemaakte leveranciersafspraken.
  • Het onderzoeken en opvolgen van eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van crediteringen.
  • Het onderhouden van contact met interne collega's en leveranciers om dossiers correct af te handelen.
  • Het rapporteren aan de Teamleader Finance en bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve financiële administratie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma in een administratieve of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige of administratieve functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel; kennis van SAP is een mooie troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail. Daarnaast denk je kritisch mee en ga je oplossingsgericht te werk.
