Voor onze klant in Gent zoeken wij een administratief bediende.

Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde in de voedingssector en gespecialiseerd in de verwerking en distributie van kwaliteitsvolle vleesproducten. Om de dagelijkse administratie vlot te laten verlopen, zoeken we een nauwkeurige collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en houdt van afwisseling.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het administratieve team. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen correct verwerkt worden, ondersteunt de dagelijkse administratie en staat klanten professioneel te woord.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je boekt aankoopfacturen correct in.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen in het systeem.
  • Je plaatst op vrijdag de nodige bestellingen.
  • Je beantwoordt telefoons en e-mails van klanten.
  • Je verwerkt leeggoed en ondersteunt de algemene administratie.
  • Je helpt collega's waar nodig zodat de dagelijkse werking vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je hebt minimum een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs. Een bachelor is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en leert snel nieuwe software kennen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, georganiseerd en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag vormt voor jou geen probleem.
