Voor een toonaangevend kantoor binnen de juridische sector in Brussel zoeken wij een administratief sterke medewerker ter ondersteuning van de boekhoudafdeling.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar dagelijks een groot aantal financiële verrichtingen wordt verwerkt. Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn hier essentieel, aangezien elke betaling en elke administratieve handeling een directe impact heeft.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en verwerken van verkoopfacturen
  • Voorbereiden, controleren en uitvoeren van betalingen (dagelijks groot volume)
  • Zorgvuldig dubbelchecken van financiële transacties
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers gekoppeld aan de boekhouding
  • Algemene ondersteuning van de verantwoordelijke en het team bij administratieve taken
  • Het gaat om een ondersteunende functie binnen de financiële administratie, waarbij precisie belangrijker is dan pure boekhoudkundige expertise.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Administratief zeer sterk is en vlot met cijfers werkt
  • Uiterst nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaat
  • PC-vaardig is (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Snel nieuwe systemen aanleert
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en tegelijk een teamplayer is
  • Prioriteiten kan stellen en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt
  • Nederlandstalig is met een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Een diploma boekhouding is geen vereiste. Relevante administratieve ervaring binnen een financiële of juridische omgeving is een plus, maar geen must.
