Functie

Voor onze klant te Knesselare een gekende speler in de regio zoeken wij een ervaren technisch bediende HVAC & sanitair.

Als Technisch Administratief Bediende met enige voorkennis HVAC en sanitair werk je technisch ondersteunend en sta je in voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beheert technische documentatie in ons ERP-systeem, maakt offertes op en doet bestellingen bij leveranciers.
  • Je communiceert vlot met ons technisch personeel, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Waar nodig bied je allround technisch administratieve ondersteuning (technische depannages, schadedossiers,…)

Profiel

Je profiel als technisch bediende:

  • Je hebt enige ervaring opgedaan in de bouwwereld. Technische kennis van HVAC- en sanitairtechnieken is essentieel of je bent sterk bereid jezelf technisch te verdiepen in deze materie.
  • Je bent vaardig met verschillende Office-programma’s (Outlook, Word, Excel…) en volgt administratie goed op.
  • Je hebt een vlotte communicatiestijl en bent teamgericht ingesteld.
  • Je gaat akkoord met collectief verlof (bouwverlof)
